Windows
Go to start -> run. then type: cmd
In CMD Type: ipconfig
It'll show the ip of your PC.
To Get More Detailed Info Type: ipconfig /all
Linux
In Linux Shell Type: ifconfig
Internet IP
ipconfig/ifconfig will show the IP(s) of your computer. If you're having internet access with private IP then the IP with which you're connecting to internet is different than the local IP.
